It took a minute to get my bearings but here i am featured in Palm Springs Life Magazine. Feeling very grateful
When a company called Artsider contacted me about a potential project at Stanford University I replied that I was definitely interested…of course. I provided the company with a group of images that might work and then I quickly put it out of my mind.
Fast forward almost a year later and it turns out the people at Stanford love my work and they ended up purchasing a total of 16 prints, one of which was a mural. How cool!
I am super excited to be included in a special event at West Elm in downtown Palm Springs. Several other local artists and I will be featured Thursday, November 16th in the store. I will be issuing new limited edition mounted prints so please stop by. I'll be there from 6 - 8 pm and I can't wait to met you.
Studio mascot goes glam
San Francisco, I love you, man but It was time for a change. After much deliberation about where to go, I've landed in the Palm Springs area. Whoa, talk about a whole new perspective. This is a huge change from the Bay Area and I can't wait to dig in.
To my peeps up north, I haven't completely abandoned the city that gave me so much inspiration. I'll be back to visit and in the meantime I'm still available for commissions. Visit me anytime and remember Cheers to new adventures!
Join me Friday, March 3rd for an artist reception at ACCI Gallery in Berkeley. it should be an awesome group of artists.
I've been working with a company called Gratitude to create a line of gift items. Not only does Gratitude produce everything in the U.S., it is also committed to donating to local charities and mentoring artists about business. Now you can buy directly from their website. Check it out!
Do you want to see where the magic happens? Schedule a studio visit. I love visitors and Henri, the wonder dog, will make you feel welcome in exchange for tummy rubs.
There is no substitute for seeing art in person so I encourage you to come by, ask questions or just hang out. Mark Drive Studios is located in San Rafael off of Smith Ranch Road. There are more than 18 artists here so feel free to wander around and maybe see some artists at work.
Contact me anytime to schedule an appointment.
I've been on the road since the beginning of August and it's great to be back in the Bay area. I covered so much territory, met amazing people, ate delicious food and saw some truly special places. I'm still decompressing and trying process everything so stay tuned for new work and blog posts.

Another group show opens tomorrow at my favorite San Francisco gallery. The folks at Studio Gallery always put on a good show, but I think this one is especially cool. Drop by the gallery at 1641 Pacific (btwn Van Ness & Polk) and have a look.
Group show opens today in SF.Read More
I fell in love with the rustic beauty of Mill Valley the first time I saw it nearly 20 years ago. It's not quite as bohemian now but it's still a pretty magical enclave in Marin. I will be showing a wide selection of work through February at Thompson | Dorfman located at 39 forrest Street, Mill Valley. Join me for a reception on February 3rd from 6 - 8 pm during the monthly First Tuesday Art walk.
